It is indeed a sign of the times an indication of the additional stress that we will find ourselves on the woke at apparently one in five of us feel the need to take a laptop computer with us or we go on holiday. Our love affair with the office continues apace apparently with the other four in five people feeling the need to take a mobile phone with them and starting to feel extremely uncomfortable when going for long periods out of touch with the office.
It is not just the need to stay in touch with the office apparently that is driving this new trend and more of us are using our mobile phones just to stay in touch with friends and colleagues for a chat.
